Production Engineering Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. The work model for the role is: # L1-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Smart Buildings Division in Nelamangala, Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: . Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities . Collaborates with the Engineering team to define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety of equipment and/or facilities . Solves major technical, equipment or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines .Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order . Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process. . Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in manufacturing of Low voltage switchgear. -
• Knowledge In Programming PLC's, Pneumatics, drives & Pneumatics, Cylinders, grippers
• Ability To Read Electrical Schematics
• Ability to demonstrate success in driving projects to meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
