As an Endpoint Security Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's data and systems from advanced threats. Your responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring McAfee/Trellix endpoint security solutions. A proactive approach, technical expertise, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Deployment and Configuration:** - Design and implement endpoint security policies aligned with organizational standards. - Deploy and configure McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security agents on all endpoints. - Integrate MEE/ENS with other security tools for centralized management. - **Monitoring and Analysis:** - Proactively monitor MEE/ENS dashboards and alerts for suspicious activity. - Investigate security events, analyze logs, and identify root causes of intrusions. - Perform forensic analysis of infected endpoints to mitigate future risks. - **Maintenance and Optimization:** - Configure antivirus signatures and updates for optimal protection. - Implement endpoint firewall rules, application control policies, and data loss prevention configurations. - Regularly review and optimize MEE/ENS settings for efficient operation. - **Reporting and Communication:** - Generate reports summarizing endpoint security trends and identified threats. - Communicate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders regarding security incidents. - Participate in incident response activities and provide technical expertise. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in endpoint security management. - Expertise in McAfee/Trellix Endpoint Security platforms. - Strong understanding of network security concepts and protocols. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects. - Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
