EDM (Spark) operator

An EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) Sparking Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining EDM machines to manufacture precision parts and components. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Responsibilities: Set up EDM machines according to specifications. Program EDM machines using appropriate software. Monitor the machining process to ensure high-quality output. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. Perform routine maintenance on EDM machines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent ; technical certification preferred. Experience operating EDM machines .
