EDM Consultant

As an EDM Product Consultant at Kainos, you play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, supporting, and continuously improving the Employee Document Management (EDM) application for the global customer base. Working within a team environment, you lead workstreams, build relationships with customers, and deliver effective solutions to meet their needs. - Building and configuring templates - Creating custom reports - Conducting testing and deployment activities - Providing guidance to customers - Analyzing customers" EDM configurations - Understanding specific requirements - Ensuring solutions align with business operations To excel in this role, you should possess: - A relevant degree in a technical or business-related discipline - Previous experience in a technical role such as software development, business analysis, or quality assurance/testing consultancy - Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the EDM product by suggesting new features and functionality, working closely with the Product and Engineering team. Your role involves defining training plans, upskilling customers, and transitioning them to internal Customer Success teams.
