Job Description

Overview:

In this role, you will maintain and enhance the electronic data interchange (EDI) operations for a leading nutrition company specializing in consumer brands and ingredients for sports, health, and lifestyle. You will perform daily support activities to ensure seamless data exchange across systems.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily system checks on EDI platforms to monitor performance and identify issues early.
Investigate and resolve failed EDI transactions promptly to minimize business disruptions.
Resubmit failed tasks and verify accurate data exchange between systems.
Collaborate with the EDI team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Document support processes, maintain logs of system performance and incidents.
Provide user support and training to improve understanding and effective use of EDI systems.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

Experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, or XML.
Proficiency in IBM Sterling integration tools and technologies.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Effective communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

Familiarity with Gentran mapping or similar EDI tools.
Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
Experience with SAP integration processes and technologies.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
