One of the best customer experiences at reception. Your arrival is anticipated, technology is clearly used for enhancing customer convenience. I'm most places I visit tech seems to be used for company's benefit while making the process tedious and cumbersome for customers.

Good security ...but if u reach before opening time of office there is no waiting area alloted for visitors ...it's really bad that ground floor waiting area is only for Edelweiss....others have to go to their own office floor..!

Managment hired hopeless staff they don't know how to work in Corporate. Management should be teach them basic things to them how to treat to customer. Dear management improve it else wind up it.

Worst ever !! I would never recommend anyone to got to Edelweiss. My dad invested 5 lakhs in Edelweiss through a broker. The lady ameeta mishra didn't stop loss it till the loss went up to 2 lakh 80 thousand. More than half of the investment. Worst service.
