We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Global Admission Counselor to join our team. The role includes guiding prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, and helping them select the right program. You will also be responsible for meeting monthly enrollment targets through effective counseling and follow-up strategies. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/PG preferred). Minimum 1–4 years’ experience in sales, ed-tech, or counseling roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with proven experience in achieving targets. Ability to present information confidently and handle objections. Familiarity with CRM tools and structured calling processes. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls related to academic programs. Provide counseling to professionals on degree program options, program benefits, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Convert leads into successful admissions through consistent follow-up and relationship-building. Maintain student data, follow CRM processes, and update daily activity reports. Achieve weekly and monthly sales/enrollment targets. Participate in webinars, online events, and promotional campaigns as required. Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for seamless admission processes.
