Role & responsibilities Managing procurement & Sales of Plastics Liasion with clients / ULBs. The person shall be responsible for a complete cycle of sourcing and collection of dry (plastic) waste from the supplier. Coordinate with department, logistics, accounts, and production departments to ensure smooth functioning of operations. Support the Manager and senior management team in the review of operations by facilitating the provision of necessary data and information. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of plastics & recycling industries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good interpersonal skills, business analytical skills, commercial acumen, negotiating skills, and conflict resolution skills. Result oriented. Good appearance Proficiency in Gujrati, Hindi and English Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in science or commerce or business administration Computer literacy + (MS office) Experience: 5 years (at least 3 years in recycling industry).
