Digital Marketing & Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

Auvre – our B2B brand delivering sustainable preform and cap customized bioplastic solutions for hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and large enterprises. As we scale, we’re seeking a digital-first growth leader who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, content strategy, and outbound lead generation. We are a fast-growing company looking to expand our brand presence and lead generation efforts. Our ideal team member is someone creative, self-driven, and performance-oriented who can own our digital presence and help drive business growth through effective online campaigns. We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing & Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns. This role combines creative content creation, visual design, strategic outreach, and social media management—particularly across Instagram and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Content Creation Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals Write high-converting copy for emails, ads, landing pages, and website Create and design visual assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools Produce and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram (posts, reels, carousels, stories, etc.) Social Media Management Own and grow the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence Plan monthly content calendars and engagement strategies Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers Outbound Lead Generation Research, identify, and build target prospect lists Craft and send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages Set up and manage lead generation campaigns using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc. Track and report on KPIs such as email open rates, response rates, and conversions Analytics & Optimization Monitor performance across all channels and make data-driven improvements Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn analytics A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content formats to boost engagement and lead quality Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and outbound lead generation Strong design sense and experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools Excellent writing and editing skills (English) Proficiency with LinkedIn and Instagram marketing strategies Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills Bonus: Experience with video content/reels and basic video editing What We Offer: Competitive salary Flexible working hours Opportunity to work directly with leadership Fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment Skill-building and career advancement opportunities How to Apply: Please send your resume, portfolio (if any), and a short cover note to digital@ecovate.co
