The QA Manager will oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure that all products and services meet both external regulatory and internal quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting quality audits, improving existing quality systems, and training staff on quality control processes. The role involves collaboration across departments to identify potential risks and ensure overall customer satisfaction through consistent quality improvement. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, and Quality Control methodologies Strong expertise in Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Risk Assessment skills Proficiency in developing quality systems implementation and monitoring processes Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage teams effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and general industry practices Advanced certifications in quality control methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001) are a plus
