Economics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in
Economics
as per the CBSE curriculum.
Develop and implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and application-based learning.
Assess students’ progress through regular assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for
board examinations
, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and attendance.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support holistic student development.
Uphold the school’s vision, mission, and core values in all aspects of teaching and conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Postgraduate degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Economics
from a recognized university.
B.Ed.
(mandatory).
Minimum
3–5 years
of teaching experience at the
Senior Secondary level (CBSE)
.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools for lesson delivery and student engagement.
