Job Description – Business Development Executive (Residential Real Estate Subleasing) About the Company We are a property management company focused exclusively on residential properties. Our model is simple: we take homes/apartments from owners on a rental agreement and then sublease them to tenants through our company’s lease agreement. This helps owners get guaranteed occupancy and hassle-free management, while tenants enjoy well-managed homes. Position: Business Development Executive (Residential Real Estate) Location: HSR Layout Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Owner Acquisition Identify and approach residential property owners willing to rent out their homes/apartments. Explain our subleasing model and its benefits to owners. Facilitate rental agreement execution between owner and company. Tenant Sourcing Generate leads for tenants looking for residential properties. Match tenant requirements with available properties and close lease agreements. Build strong relationships with tenants to ensure long-term occupancy. Property Onboarding & Management Visit and onboard new residential properties. Maintain property listings, photos, and details for tenant marketing. Coordinate with operations team for tenant move-ins and property handovers. Sales & Targets Meet monthly targets for onboarding properties and securing tenants. Track and report progress to management. Market Research Stay updated on rental trends in the local residential market. Suggest pricing strategies and demand insights to management. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Business/Real Estate/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory). 1 years of sales or real estate experience (freshers with good communication can also apply). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of residential rental and lease agreements is an advantage. Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
