As the Head of Operations & Analytics for a fast-growing cross-border eCommerce & Retail brand based in India, you will play a crucial role in taking our operations, analytics, and profitability to the next level. You will have the opportunity to lead a team and drive data-backed decision-making to optimize pricing, operations, and customer experience across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the P&L and taking end-to-end ownership of people. You will act as a mini GM/CEO, overseeing pricing strategy to maximize profitability in the US, Australia, and Canada markets. Additionally, you will manage operations and logistics, including fulfillment and supplier coordination in China, Vietnam, and India. A key aspect of your role will be leading and mentoring team members in PPC marketing, logistics, and supplier coordination. You will drive data-backed decision-making by utilizing analytics to improve operations, customer experience, and financial performance. Implementing automation and SOPs to scale processes and efficiencies for global fulfillment will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-oriented. You should be self-driven, analytical, and have experience in managing eCommerce operations, pricing, or supply chain.
