Key Responsibilities Client Success: Guide customers in building profitable Shopify stores from idea to launch. Customize Shopify themes, set up apps, and optimize store settings for maximum conversions. Provide 6 months of mentoring & support for each new client to ensure their success. Host weekly webinars and Q&A sessions for our merchant community. Agency Growth: Acquire new customers through social media outreach, FB/Reddit group engagement, Fiverr, and other platforms. Develop and execute growth strategies to increase Shopify affiliate signups. Create and post high-quality content (reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, blog posts) to establish agency authority. Identify upsell opportunities (ads management, SEO, email marketing, redesigns) and close deals. Required Skills & Experience Shopify Expertise: Store setup, theme customization, Liquid basics, app integrations, payments & shipping setup. E-Commerce Marketing: Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, product research, CRO. Growth Hacking: Lead generation, community building, webinar hosting, A/B testing. Analytics: Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring ability. Preferred: Experience running your own Shopify store or managing multiple client stores. Proven track record of growing e-commerce sales and communities.
