Role Description Oversee day-to-day operations across collection, sorting, and processing with strict compliance to environmental norms Manage Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs): throughput planning, quality control, safety, and vendor coordination Drive data accuracy: maintain dashboards, conduct mass-balance checks, publish operations reports, and recommend process improvements Partner with field teams, waste workers, municipalities, and brand/EPR partners to streamline logistics and boost recovery rates Implement zero-waste and sustainability SOPs; train teams on segregation, safety, and compliance Qualifications Knowledge in environmental regulations and sustainable waste management practices Experience in coordination and management of Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and on-site in Prayagraj Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field Experience in the environmental sector is a plus

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Waste Management Executive based in Prayagraj. The Waste Management Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily waste management operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, coordinating with team members and waste workers, managing Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), and implementing sustainable waste management practices. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
