We're Hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team! Ecoteam Solar Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day financial operations and contributing to the continued success of our solar energy projects. Experience - 3-5 Years Key Responsibilities: Manage general ledger accounts and the month-end/year-end closing processes. Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (variance analysis). Coordinate and assist with internal and external audit requirements and tax return preparations. Develop and document accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff members. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or professional certification is strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
