Role Overview: UST is looking for an ECO Engineer with UGNX experience to join the team. As an ECO Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Engineering Change Order process for assigned groups and product families. Your role will involve reviewing ECOs, coordinating with other team members, analyzing product changes, and ensuring efficient processing of ECOs. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize the review of ECOs and expedite the release of ECOs during the implementation cycle. - Review ECOs for content completeness, Bill of Material structure, customer impact, organizational impact, and product functionality. - Determine the effects of ECOs on products and processes, identify stakeholders for evaluation and approval, and route ECOs accordingly. - Communicate issues with EC Analysts or Engineers to ensure the accuracy of ECOs. - Analyze part structures to assess the scope and impact of product changes, including conducting where-used searches. - Train and coach ECO participants in their functional areas, provide advice on problem-solving, and mediate conflicts between participants. - Evaluate the ECO process for continuous improvement, assist in KPI development, and document the process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Skills in ECO (Engineering Change Order), UGNX, and TCE.
