The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee all aspects of daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Duties also include managing laundry services, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest requests promptly to ensure exceptional customer service. Qualifications \n Experience in Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping Knowledge of Laundry operations Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong attention to detail Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management are advantageous
