ECC Greenfield Implementation + Future S/4HANA Conversion

You will be working on an SAP ECC Greenfield Implementation and future S/4HANA Conversion project for a leading pharmaceutical client in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will lead functional activities for ECC company code rollout in a greenfield environment. This includes working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform detailed analysis, and prepare and validate AS-IS and TO-BE processes aligned with pharma industry compliance standards such as GxP and GMP. Your responsibilities will also include configuring and testing SAP modules to align with business processes, identifying gaps, proposing functional specifications for customizations, supporting data migration efforts, preparing cutover and go-live plans, and providing hypercare support post go-live. Additionally, you will ensure audit-readiness and compliance with documentation standards while collaborating for S/4HANA readiness by aligning configuration and processes with S/4 best practices. Specific expertise is required in SAP PP (Production Planning) with experience in process and discrete manufacturing, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. You should have expertise in areas such as BOM, routing, work centers, production versions, MRP, batch management, and shop floor control. Exposure to PP-PI and S/4HANA changes like simplified MRP and Fiori apps will be beneficial. Furthermore, expertise in SAP QM (Quality Management) is required, including experience in quality planning, inspection lot processing, results recording, integration with MM, PP, and batch management, handling quality notifications, certificates, and audit trails. Awareness of S/4HANA changes in inspection lot handling and embedded analytics is also essential for this role.,
