Your primary responsibility will be to tie up with local shops , promote our EBN Membership Program , and onboard businesses into the EBN network. Roles & Responsibilities: Visit shops and businesses to explain the EBN Membership Program (for Field Staff) Promote EBN services online and through social media (for Work-from-Home roles) Establish partnerships with local vendors, retailers, and service providers Manage and maintain good relationships with newly onboarded members Achieve daily/weekly targets and report updates to the manager Attend virtual meetings and training sessions Who Can Apply: Freshers or experienced professionals in field sales, promotions, or marketing Self-motivated individuals with good communication skills Comfortable with fieldwork (for Field Staff role) or online promotions (for WFH role) Own vehicle preferred for Field Staff (not mandatory) Male or Female candidates welcome Perks & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Monthly Earnings: ₹50,000+ possible for active performers Flexible working options (Work-from-Home or On-field) Performance-based rewards and growth opportunities Training and support provided Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
