Job Summary We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content and culture. The ideal candidate has a natural passion for home interiors and décor, and knows how to translate that into engaging storytelling across platforms. You’ll be responsible for building EasyRugs’ digital presence—bringing fresh ideas to the table, creating and editing content, and identifying the right creators and communities to collaborate with. This is a highly creative and hands-on role where you’ll shape how our brand shows up online. What You’ll Do Spot social media and content trends before they go mainstream Bring passion for design and creativity into everything you do Conceptualize, capture, and edit engaging content Assist in planning, strategizing, and scheduling content across platforms What You’ll Need 1+ years of experience in social media and/or content development Creative ideas with the ability to execute them A collaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic photo and video editing skills Familiarity with social media scheduling tools Prior experience in the home décor industry (preferred)
