Lead Management & Conversion Maintain and track lead pipelines using CRM tools and follow-up rigorously to ensure closures Participate in promotional events and outreach activities to generate quality leads Client Engagement & Relationship Building Conduct personalized club tours for prospective clients, highlighting key USPs Build lasting relationships with members to encourage referrals and renewals Maintain post-sales engagement for high customer satisfaction.
