Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact and company representative at site ensuring seamless client liaison and maintaining strong relationships. Manage and supervise site labour workforce , including onboarding, attendance, and leave records. Oversee and ensure technical maintenance of all vessels deployed at site. Coordinate and arrange timely repairs in case of breakdowns, including procurement of spares locally or from head office. Maintain and share daily and weekly operational logs with management and clients. Monitor site safety, compliance, and smooth execution of operational activities. Report progress, challenges, and resource requirements proactively to the head office. Role & responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering preferred. 5-10 years of relevant work experience in site supervision / technical operations / marine or port services . Strong client handling and communication skills ability to represent the company independently. Hands-on experience with vessel equipment, winches, and maintenance work will be an advantage. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision. Should be open to on-site responsibilities in Guwahati. What We Offer Opportunity to be the face of ENPL at client sites.
