Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the critical behind-the-scenes work that brings our clients' dream holidays to life. You will handle everything from in-depth research and costing for custom itineraries to booking all travel components and ensuring a seamless experience for our travellers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research and accurate costing for customized travel itineraries to New Zealand and other countries. Analyze rates from hotels, transport providers, and activity suppliers to ensure competitive and profitable tour package pricing. Assist in developing new, innovative tour packages. Manage the end-to-end booking process for all travel components, including accommodations, activities, transfers, and other services. Coordinate directly with suppliers to confirm availability and arrangements. Prepare and cross-check client travel documents, ensuring 100% accuracy. Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets (Google Sheets) with pricing and supplier information. Handle backend operational tasks to support the sales and client management process. Qualifications and Skills: Required: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are non-negotiable. Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in costing and preparing quotes. Proficient with G Suite (especially Google Sheets) and comfortable learning new online booking systems. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Preferred (Big Plus): 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry (e.g., Travel Operations, Reservations, or Tour Costing). Knowledge of New Zealand as a travel destination. Direct experience with B2B hotel and activity booking platforms. What We Offer: A key role in a growing company with significant impact.
