About Earthy {By Sufonic Food Tech LLP} Earthy is a fast-growing food and beverage startup focused on building innovative digital experiences around modern food products and services. We’re creating a strong online presence to engage, educate, and excite our customers. Role Overview We are looking for a Full-Stack Website Developer who can handle front-end, back-end, basic AI integrations, and light animations to build and maintain our company website and related digital platforms. You will take ownership of the entire web experience from concept to deployment and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities: Front-end Development • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web pages and UI components. • Implement interactive elements, micro-animations, and smooth transitions for a premium user experience. • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Back-end Development • Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database structures. • Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, email, analytics, CRM, etc.). • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the website. AI & Automation Integrations • Integrate AI-based tools/APIs (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, content personalization, analytics insights). • Automate basic workflows such as email triggers, lead collection, and user segmentation. General Responsibilities- • Own the full development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations to translate business needs into digital features. • Monitor site performance and implement improvements (speed, SEO, usability). • Maintain proper documentation of code and systems. Other- • Strong understanding of responsive design, UX best practices, and basic SEO principles. • Ability to work independently in a startup environment and deliver within timelines. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. Good to Have (Optional) • Experience with e-commerce platforms or building custom e-commerce solutions. • Familiarity with DevOps basics (Git, CI/CD, cloud hosting: AWS / GCP / Azure). • Experience in the food & beverage or D2C (direct-to-consumer) space.
