We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Executive to manage the daily movement of spare parts used in building pulp-molding machines. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be excellent with numbers, and maintain accurate, organized records. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and share daily updates with the team. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of inward and outward movement of spare parts . Perform daily stock monitoring , reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation. Ensure timely updating of inventory sheets using Excel or similar tools. Coordinate with the purchase, production, and engineering teams for stock requirements. Keep track of minimum stock levels , raise alerts for shortages, and initiate purchase requests. Conduct regular physical stock audits and maintain proper labeling and storage of items. Prepare and share daily inventory reports via email. Maintain an organized store area and ensure compliance with internal processes. Requirements Proven experience in inventory management or storekeeping (manufacturing industry preferred). Strong mathematical and analytical skills . Excellent Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, reports). Good written and verbal communication skills , especially email drafting. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping discipline . Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of basic ERP systems (optional but preferred).
