Technology Development Manager (TDM) Location: Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai Remuneration: ₹45,000–₹50,000 / month (negotiable) Experience: 5+ years (AI-enabled full-stack / product engineering) Role Overview Own the tech canvas end-to-end— architecture, AI integration, delivery —while shaping the look, feel, and flow of Earthana’s digital products. Builder first, artist at heart. Key Responsibilities Architect, lead, and ship AI-driven web/app platforms, ERP modules, and automations . Integrate LLMs/APIs (OpenAI/HF), analytics, and workflow orchestration. UI/UX Leadership: define design systems, information architecture, accessibility, and micro-interactions. Creative Direction: guide brand-aligned visuals , motion cues, iconography, and component libraries. Cross-team collaboration (architecture, marketing, ops) to translate ideas into usable product. Reliability: security, performance budgets, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Core Skills Stack: Node.js / Python / React / PHP(Laravel) ; DB: MySQL/MongoDB ; Cloud: AWS/GCP ; Git. AI: prompt engineering , embeddings, RAG, API integration, automation (Zapier/Make). Design Tools: Figma (autolayout, variants, tokens), Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects basics). Front-end craft: semantic HTML, responsive CSS, state mgmt, performance & a11y (WCAG). Social/e-commerce/marketing tech integrations. Creative Requirements (New) Demonstrated taste in typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy , and brand consistency . Ability to produce or supervise production-ready UI kits , SVG icon sets , and lightweight motion . Comfortable iterating from low-fi sketches → hi-fi prototypes → shipped UI .
