About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and accelerate the growth of our SaaS-based loyalty platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the fintech or retailtech domains, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through our loyalty solutions Key responsibilities: A. Sales & Business Development 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech and retailtech sectors through market research, networking, and strategic outbound activities 2. Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the complete sales process from initial prospecting to deal closure, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation 3. Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the overall business growth objectives 4. Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our loyalty platform B. Relationship Management 1. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, product managers, and technology decision-makers 2. Customer Success: Ensure smooth client onboarding and work closely with the customer success team to maintain high satisfaction levels 3. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that can enhance our market reach and product offerings C. Market Intelligence 1. Industry Analysis: Stay updated on fintech and retailtech market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities 2. Customer Insights: Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies 3. Technical Acumen: Understanding of technology products and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly to effectively communicate product value 8. Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills with experience in contract management and deal structuring 10. Understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including payment systems, digital banking, and financial services 11.
