Job Title: Centre Head – Preschool & Daycare Location: Varthur, Bangalore Company: EarlyVentions – A Leading Chain of Preschools & Corporate Daycare Centers Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ years in preschool/daycare operations or relevant leadership role Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Centre Head to lead our EarlyVentions preschool and daycare centre in Varthur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be capable of managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child care Lead and motivate a team of teachers and caregivers Build strong parent relationships and handle inquiries, admissions, and feedback Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and events Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities What We Offer Supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with one of Bangalore’s leading preschool chains Competitive salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Preschool Management: 4 years (Required) Language: English, Hindi, Kannada (Required) Location: Varthur, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
