Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a Freight Broker in Gurugram, responsible for managing freight brokerage operations. Your main tasks will include coordinating freight dispatching, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Account management will be a key focus, with responsibilities including maintaining and expanding the client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Manage freight brokerage operations - Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers - Coordinate freight dispatching and negotiate rates - Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods - Focus on account management to grow the client portfolio Qualifications: - Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations - Strong Customer Service and Dispatching skills - Proficiency in Account Management and building client relationships - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Familiarity with logistics software or transportation management systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred,
