E2E Recycling Business Pvt Ltd is the fastest growing startup in E-waste recycling and Liquidation Segments. Established in 2018, started operations focused on single segment of E-waste recycling. We are looking for a Business Development Executive focused on PAN India Organizations where there is a chance of E-waste generation. The ideal candidate has sales/business development experience with a terrific reputation for over-achieving quota by growing revenues in existing customers as well as penetrating new accounts. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess sales / business development background that enables him or her to drive engagement at the Director Level. This sales person will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker and has very strong communication and presentation skills. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Identify/generate leads of potential Corporates as e-waste generators across India. 2. Take on the first-call with the Clients and initiate face to face Meetings. 3. Present Company profile to the Clients and earn their trust. 4. Work with the internal and external stake holders till the closure of deal Basic Qualifications: 1. Strong communication and presentation skills. 2. Knowledge of lead generation/Cold calling then conversion it into business closure. 3. Sales/ Business development background 4. Self-reliant, adaptable, hardworking, decisive, and professional 5. Languages required: English. Kannada, Tamil and Hindi would be added advantage Preferred Qualifications: 6. Person with on hand IT clients will be an added advantage 7. Well networked in the Startup Ecosystem and a regular at key startup events 8. Passionate about working with multiple clients
