As an important member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing service delivery processes. Your responsibilities will include delivering services according to the assigned scope, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in handling a diverse team of Demand Planners - Ability to effectively manage customer communication and act as a single point of contact for issue resolutions - Proficiency in demand planning/forecasting within the FMCG sector - In-depth understanding of demand planning collaboration processes with stakeholders in sales, commercial, and other supply chain functions, including activities such as reviewing statistical models, master data, and exception-based planning - Participation in S&OP planning meetings - Management of a team of demand planners and accountability for team deliverables - Deriving SKU level forecasts through appropriate maintenance of demand history and tools - Driving Phase-in Phase-out in the forecasting process, including promotional forecasting - Utilization of statistical forecasting methods and software tools such as SAP APO or other Demand Planning tools - Experience in Promotion and Innovation forecasting processes - Proficiency in R Scripting, including exploring datasets, identifying and implementing data transformations, modeling, and visualizing the results Joining Capgemini means becoming part of a global business and technology transformation partner that helps organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
