Role: E-Sevai Operator
Location: KK Nagar / Kodambakkam
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 + Incentive
Experience: Freshers/Experienced (Training Provided)
Responsibilities
· Handle customer services politely & quickly
· Process ration, voter, PF, Aadhaar PVC, PAN, EC, Patta, certificates
· Do Xerox/print/scan/lamination
· Maintain daily Google Sheet entries
· Check documents before submission
· Keep the centre clean and customer-friendly
· Upsell extra services (PVC, insurance, corrections, etc.)
Skills Needed
· Basic computer knowledge
· Fast typing
· Scanning/printing/lamination skills
· Good communication & patience
· Honest and responsible
