State Head - Job description Overall: 1. Leadership 2. Strategic planning 3. Project management 4. Adherence to safety 5. People management With the help of his team (Team Leader/Contractor of MI&CI, Quality & Safety, Stores, O&M and MIS) 1. Interact with customer (Intellismart, Adani, EDF etc.,) - Participate in various meetings organized. -Installation plan (Total number, Area wise) -Fixing target (Monthly Installation target) -Material collection -Inventory management -Sorting out App. Related issues -Organizing Training -Closure of various documents (Work completion certificates etc.,) -Closing issues such as Un-Sync meters, non-communicating meters etc., -Getting the work completion form from customers and sending the same to HO . 2. Interact with contractors, Technicians and Helpers -Manpower plan -Training on Installation -Safety related training -Setting daily/weekly/month targets -Reviewing Daily route plan for teams -Reviewing the installation progress on hourly basis -Doing changes in the plan to meet the targets -Encouraging the team and retain the manpower 3. Interact with DISCOM -Planning daily power shut down with lines man -Getting the Quality clearance through system -Submitting the old meters and get closure document 4. Interact with Head office - Target / Goal setting - MIS - Vendor payment
