Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Pune. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce operations, monitoring website performance, and staying updated on the latest ecommerce trends. Qualifications Experience in Ecommerce and Sales Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
