Role & responsibilities Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. Research potential clients, including individuals, startups, and businesses needing tax and accounting support. Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and present tailored service offerings. Clearly explain the firms accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory services. Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements based on client needs. Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Build andmaintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as a point of contact during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth handoff to service teams. Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services (e.g., Accounting & Book Keeping Services, AML Services, E Invoicing Packages and business consulting). Track sales activities and update client information in CRM tools (Zoho). Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead status, and revenue forecasts. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with marketing, tax advisors, and accounting staff to align on messaging and service delivery. Providefeedback from prospects to help improve marketing materials and service offerings. Preferred candidate profile We encourage applications from female candidates. Proven experience in B2B or professional services sales (preferably in finance, tax, or consulting industries). Strong communication in English and Hindi, presentation, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term trust. Basic understanding of accounting and tax services (CPA/EA background is a plusbut not required). Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven. Ability explain complex financial concepts in a clear, non-technical way.
