Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day online sales operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and/or our brand website. In this role, you will be responsible for product listing management, inventory monitoring, order processing, pricing updates, and ensuring excellent seller performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities1. Cataloging & Listing Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, keywords, and images).
• Ensure product details, attributes, variations, and pricing are accurate across all sales platforms.
• Manage GTIN/UPC exemptions, brand registration, and category approval workflows where required.

2. Day-to-Day Operations & Inventory

• Monitor inventory levels across channels and coordinate with warehouse/vendors to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Process daily customer orders, manage shipping labels, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Oversee return management, damage claims, and marketplace claim filings (e.g., SAFE-T claims).

3. Marketplace Performance & Compliance

• Track seller metrics, order defect rates (ODR), late dispatch rates, and customer feedback to keep account health in top standing.
• Resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and account issues directly with marketplace support channels.
• Implement promotional pricing, coupons, deals, and discount campaigns.

4. Customer Service & Support

• Handle customer inquiries, return requests, buyer-seller messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, top-selling SKUs, conversion rates, and profit margins.
• Analyze competitor pricing and listing trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, inventory tracking sheets).
• Familiarity with inventory/ERP or billing software (e.g., Vyapar, Tally, OMS platforms) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of image guidelines and standard resolution requirements for marketplace main images.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with marketplace SEO principles and keyword optimization.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop/Canva/CorelDRAW) for resizing or formatting listing images.
• Experience running sponsored ads / PPC campaigns on Amazon or Google/Social Media.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
