Our company sells footwear products on Amazon and Flipkart. During settlements, these platforms sometimes deduct excess charges such as FBA shipment fees, commission, and shipping charges beyond the applicable rates.
Through payment reconciliation, we carefully analyze order, fee, and settlement reports to identify such incorrect or extra deductions and raise refund claims with proper supporting data to recover the excess amounts. This ensures accurate settlements and prevents revenue leakage.
