Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining product listings, managing online promotions, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
Update product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels.
Monitor and manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and promotions.
Track and analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates; prepare performance reports.
Identify trends and opportunities for growth on various platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and warehouse teams to enhance e-commerce performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
