E-Commerce Executive

An e-commerce executive is responsible for managing and optimizing a company's online sales and marketing strategies. This includes developing and executing campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. They also oversee website management, product listings, order fulfillment, and customer service within the e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns: Creating and implementing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve customer engagement.
• Managing product listings and website content: Ensuring accuracy, appeal, and consistency of product information, descriptions, and pricing.
• Analyzing customer behavior and market trends: Identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Monitoring website performance and troubleshooting issues: Maintaining website functionality and addressing technical problems.
• Coordinating with other departments: Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Managing inventory and order fulfillment: Ensuring product availability, timely order processing, and efficient shipping.
• Providing customer support: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing returns and exchanges.
• Tracking and reporting e-commerce performance: Analyzing key metrics like sales, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Monitoring competitor activities and adapting strategies accordingly.
