E-Commerce Executive - Fresher/Exerienced

Manage end to end process for eCommerce portal www.sportskhel.com.

• Upload, update and delete products from the portal.
• Research for the products to be uploaded on Portals. Develop/write content for eCommerce website.
• Coordinating with the team for Order Process, Packing and Stock Maintenance.
• Coordinating with Customers for Order, Clarifications and Complaints.
• Reply to customer queries.

Skills Required:

• Magento knowledge
• Good Written communication Skills
• Ability to write E-mails
• Candidate must have good knowledge in MS - Office tools (Excel)
• Work on photoshop

Other requirements

• Any experience in digital marketing is preferred.
• Ability to handle social media handles preferred.

Office Timing:

• 10 Am to 7.30 PM - Monday to Saturday

Office location:

Pavilion sports, 30 Wallajah Road, Chennai 600002.

Note: This is not a work from home job. Candidates who are from Chennai are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
