Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain product listings, banners, and content on the companys ecommerce website.
  
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure website accuracy and functionality.
  
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company website.
  
• Maintain product data, attributes, and images to ensure consistency and quality.
  
• Audit listings regularly to identify and correct errors or missing information.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments.
  
• Handle queries and resolve listing or order-related issues.
  
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel.
  
• Analyze ecommerce performance data and provide insights for improvement.
  
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners/marketplaces to ensure timely updates and task completion.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce website or marketplace management.
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
  
• Familiarity with CMS, product upload tools, and marketplace portals.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  

Value added Skills:

• Experience with Shopify, Magento or similar platforms.
  
• Knowledge of SEO and product content optimization.
