E-Commerce Executive (Content creation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive (Fresher) to assist in managing online product listings, order processing, and overall backend operations of various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in the growing e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing new products across various e-commerce platforms.
• Content creation
• Ensure product information, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and updated.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order processing and shipment tracking.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory on portals.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Generate basic sales and performance reports for marketplaces.
• Maintain compliance with platform policies and seller standards.
• Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and pricing updates.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools/platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub is a bonus.

Salary: As per industry standards (Fresher level)
Joining: Immediate or as per notice period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
