E-Commerce Driver cum Delivery Executive

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly E-Commerce Driver cum Delivery Executive . The candidate will be responsible for safe delivery of products and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver e-commerce orders safely and on time
• Communicate politely with customers and warmly greet them at the time of delivery
• Handle customer queries professionally during delivery
• Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage
• Maintain delivery records and follow company procedures
• Coordinate with the operations team for daily delivery schedules

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in driving or delivery roles
• Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (bike)
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi
• Customer-friendly attitude with polite communication skills
• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Bangalore routes
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
