Role Description As a Technical Supervisor in the Solar Division at Dyna Roof, you are responsible for end-to-end oversight of solar projects. You manage both technical and operational aspects of solar installations, service, and O&M (Operations & Maintenance). Your role bridges on-site activities and office-based coordination to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven experience in solar installation, service, and maintenance • Strong leadership and team-management skills • Excellent technical troubleshooting ability • Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in solar industry
