Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Location: Vimannagar, Pune Company: Dynapac IT COE Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Candidate should have a broad knowledge of various technical functions to gather requirements and specifications to maintain SAP applications landscape. You will work for end-users from all over the globe and will closely collaborate with SAP analysts to help resolve systems incidents and change management. The SAP AMS team will provide service and expertise in the maintenance delivery of SAP S/4 HANA solutions within FRED. The key responsibilities and activity areas are : - Analyse incidents and service request - Create tickets in organization ITSM tool (Matrix 42) - Handle break-fix incidents and carry out necessary system changes and workarounds - Escalate to central GSC SAP leadership team any unresolved incidents which require intervention - Send reminders to business users whom tickets are pending for additional information, solution confirmation or closure - Communicate solutions to business users - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) immediately following the occurrence of a major incident or issue. Root Cause analysis includes Problem Management, trend analysis, proactive identification of problem areas, and feed back to relevant solution areas - Update the solution in the organizations knowledge base (Matrix 42) - Report activity to SAP central management team on a weekly basis - Develop close interactions with central S4/Hana Template team Experience requirements - Working experience in SAP FINANCE / CONTROLLING modules - Experience in technical setup and configuration in all the sub-modules like Accounting master date, General ledger, AR and AP, Banking, Assets accounting, Cost controlling, CoGS etc. - Ability to work in an independent manner and combine multiple activities whilst prioritizing work to meet specific deadlines - Specific knowledge in industrial environments (for cost control on production orders especially) - Experience in any foreign accounting will be a plus - Overall knowledge and/or working experience with SAP S/4 HANA or other SAP systems as well as knowledge of business processes are considered an asset
