Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Power Apps Development:

• Design and develop custom Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for our customer portal
• Configure and customize Power Apps components to meet specific business requirements
• Integrate Power Apps with other systems, such as Dynamics 365 and SharePoint

• Power Automate Development:

• Automate business processes using Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Create complex workflows, including approvals, data integration, and notifications
• Trigger flows based on events from various sources, such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other systems

• Power BI Development:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights to our customers
• Connect to data sources, create data models, and visualize data using various charts and graphs
• Share insights and reports with stakeholders through various channels

• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions
• Troubleshoot errors and performance bottlenecks
• Provide technical support to end-users

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer
• Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps
• Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization
• Strong base in IT fundamentals, including full life-cycle of an IT project - project initiation / planning, business requirements definition, functional / technical design, development, test plans, documentation, implementation
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-moving environment
• Self-motivated and creative, with a focus on continual improvement and new ideas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a developer with some of the following: Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, SharePoint and Dataverse
• Experience doing development using C# JavaScript and other web development technologies
