Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central (5 Years Experience) Location: [Delhi NCR] Job Type: [Full-Time] Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, and support of Business Central (formerly NAV). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both functional processes and technical architecture and will play a key role in delivering robust ERP solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities : Lead or support end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Dynamics 365 Business Central . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Customize and configure Business Central as per client needs. Develop extensions using AL and manage integrations with other systems via APIs. Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues. Maintain knowledge of Business Central updates, features, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. Strong knowledge of AL Language , Extensions, and C/AL (legacy systems). Experience with Business Central Cloud/SaaS and On-Premise versions. Hands-on experience with financials, supply chain, inventory, sales, and purchasing modules . Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Azure DevOps is a plus. Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server , web services, and API integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with ISVs and third-party add-ons like Jet Reports, LS Central, etc. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
