The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling documentation, inter-department coordination, and client communication efficiently. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales-related documents Work efficiently on Excel, Word, and Tally for data management, billing, and record keeping Coordinate with the factory team to ensure timely production updates and dispatch planning Follow up on job progress and maintain regular communication with internal departments Take client feedback and maintain good after-sales relationships Provide backend support to the sales and operations teams --- Candidate Requirements: Sound communication skills in English (written and verbal) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Tally ERP Prior experience in preparing quotations and invoices in a manufacturing or fabrication setup Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Ability to handle responsibilities independently and report timely updates Experience in decorative or industrial product manufacturing will be preferred --- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred) Certification in Tally or any relevant ERP software is an added advantage --- Salary: ₹15,000 and above (depending on interview and experience) Joining: Immediate preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
