As a Freelance Performance Marketing Manager at D&V, a designer ethnic wear label combining timeless Indian culture with modern elegance, you will be responsible for driving and scaling digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. Your role will involve planning, executing, and managing paid ad campaigns to optimize conversions, reduce customer acquisition costs, and strategize full-funnel ad flows for awareness, engagement, and sales. Collaboration with the internal team on creatives and messaging for campaigns will be essential, along with analyzing campaign performance, generating insights, and reporting actionable metrics. Continuous testing of ad formats, targeting options, and landing page performance will be part of your responsibilities, as well as recommending budgeting and scaling strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within the fashion or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands for at least 2-4 years. A strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required, along with the ability to align with a luxury/aspirational brand tone. An analytical mindset with a clear understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc., is crucial. Additionally, experience in retargeting, lead generation, and e-commerce performance funnels will be beneficial. This freelance/project-based position offers flexibility in working hours, with monthly retainers or performance-based incentives.
